Pensare to Ponder
Have not been actively penning down thoughts for the past week. Rather, i have been picture blogging ,narrating my daily activities thru visuals.
Well..in a pensive mood tonight, so i will write a little.
I am most satisfied with myself , having captured this [above] moment of joy. From Left : Dessie , Kian and Cheryl. Despite the stark contrast in all of them, these folks have been iconic in my belittling life. Many a moments , I found no grammar that could relate more than a tinge to what i am feeling. But , i am sure these folks have been sticking around long enough to know how I felt.
Babe text me this [below] during one of the darkest moment this year , want to share with all of you :
..I don't believe in changing people, especially people i love. Juz want the best for you in a way you are most comfy in..
It hit a chord in me. We are no Apollo the God. We dun change people. We dun even need to understand ppl. We simply accept ppl. Thats the greatest form of love. And this may seems the most uphill task to everyone, including myself.
Most of the times, we, or rather myself, dun practise what we preached. Does that undermine our values and our beliefs? Or are we just as flawed like those we preached to?
