Sleepless.
Went to watch the premiere of The maid today. Sweet Dylan got three tickets for me. Its ..hmm..local delight. Mousy me is freaked out as usual , by horror flicks, though i was perpetually shutting my eyes and covering my ears. Kian and dac are not the bit bemused though.
For everyone info , the jelly was a flop again. I am going supermarket shopping tomorrow, seeing what other desert i can whip up. Sigh..Hopefully, its gonna be in time for monday's desert menu.
I have been feeling light-hearted for the past week or two. Its great. Been in a somewhat carefree mood, other than incompetent ppl at work trying very hard to discord , i have been feeling cheery and all sunny.

I was having breakfast with a fren this morning. He brought up his angst of being the other half of a cash-rich older man. Its diffcult for him to brush off the stigma of being labelled awful names, esp by 'friends' of his partner. This bright young chap friend of mine was frustrated with all these groundless accusation that goes around.
My viewpoint - Inevitably, this posed as a hurdle for their budding romance to overcome together. Needless to say, there will always be big-time losers around to fill up the gossip colummns, but the utmost important should be what most matters to us - the viewpoint of our fiercely-guarded handful of inner circle of loved ones. Thats what should be minded. Besides, regardless age group, wealth , status etc, every couple has their own arena of daily squabbles and problems that may strengthen or ,even, jeopardise that speck of happiness. However, never lose faith.
Thats what i succumb to learn. Once faith is gone, love can not be ordered. It happens , at least to me. If i do not have faith in myself that i can do it, I simply scurry away.
Jumping to another issue :
I have always mantained my laidback composure in giving advices.
This quote was from a book that i read some time back. I thought it deems appropiate for two of my dear friends that have unresolved hurdles to overcome.

Life, in my belittling philosophy, is simply what matters to you truly. Self obsessed- most may lament. However, think between the lines and look beneath this simple equation , i am sure you [ both ] can find an answer, the resolve to break away from unnecssary agony.
