"养军千日，用在一时." learnt this simple , yet profound quote yesterday during my Mandarin class. Simply classic to describe how my chinese clients tick. In my literacy term, I label this as a regular deposit in ppl's favor bank .Doing a huge withdrawal when facilitation calls for it. Everyone is aware of this. But stretching your resources equates the apt handshake with the correct ppl at a politically conducive setting. This is the tad bit tricky part. Hmm..interesting.
