Phuket 3D/3N
I do not want to do a mosiac of all my Phuket photos as it will do great injustice to any of them. I am no pro-photographer.Henceforth, I will pick a couple of my personal favorite. It may not be exactly picture perfect, but they imprint in me.
This is one of the most captivating view from the hotel. Each time i past the front lobby, i cannot resist to snapshot yet another picture of its beauty. Presenting : The Chedi, Phuket - It is more mesmerizing than i had expected. Way more captivating than any of the photos could justify. Its private reclusive beach ,clean and chic. The kaleidoscope of colors reflected , under the blazing sun, of the beach is simply glorious. I couldn't wait to dip into the cool sea and bask in the sun, upon arrival. Before I knew it, i was beetroot red. It was hours passsing like minutes. Indeed, that was how in love I am of it. Wheez..
I love this photo i took. Foremost, I love how the skyline and coastal sand blends and complements. The background colors are gentle, accentuating the beauty of the worker's smile and his maroon tee. At that very instant, I felt really shameful and blessed, to be under the shade, whilst the man has been going around selling drinks. It was a thought-invoking moment. It was that moment in time that i reckoned how much i have been dwelling over mandune issues in my selfish realm. Blotting out the beauty within, that we ought to notice of even, a passer-by. I just got this photo developed, and together ,with the fine sand and coral stones i have collected ,will be on my office desk. It will remind myself simply how wonderful and good ,life has been to me. Its a corny awakening. But i guess all of us need such stimulant once in a while.
I grin whenever i look into my camera since I touched down this morning. Esp this photo. This photo was taken during island hopping in the middle of Phi Phi island and, on the way to Maya Bay. It was a fifteen minutes stop. I just went berserk : stripped to my trunks, rushed to the tip of the yacht and jumped into the cool blue sea. It was that moment i saw the excitement in the little boy in me: Diving again and again into the water and submerging myself to look at the school of colorful fishes swimming around me. Writing this ,now, still brings a wide grin.
Fabulous. I will go back. Definitely. Till then.. Maldives is my next destination. Mid April :-) Hopefully earlier, if time permits.
